I decided to join the 21st century and start blogging.
My hope is that this blog serves as a means to share my experiences in ultrarunning: training and race reports, nutrition and handling injuries, providing gear reviews, and other random musings. Also, I'm hoping this blog will help to keep me motivated in the sport. As the name of this blog suggests, I have a propensity towards laziness, which occasionally conflicts with a sport that can demand hours upon seemingly endless hours of training and racing.
I'm new to this oddball sport, but I hope that writing about my running experiences proves valuable to any other runners out there, new or experienced, who happen to stumble across this lazy ultrarunner's blog.
